AZ Audit results show a betrayal of America

An open letter to the Arizona Senate: 


Well we finally have the audit results in Arizona but they fail to address the many violations of state law or provide citizens with any type of recourse for a stolen election.  Precisely what was the point of such an extended audit process without possibility of  decertification?  Answer: Pure obfuscation. It's primary function was to go through the audit process without finding fault, protecting perpetrators with non disclosure agreements and spending as much time as possible concluding nothing. This isn't a model for anything other than how to coverup whatever fraud was found.  The special interests protecting the stolen election were already in play. The audit was already compromised by virtue of the Maricopa County election database being wiped one day before the audit began. https://www.oann.com/forensic-auditors-maricopa-county-election-database-wiped-one-day-before-audit/  You in the Senate have worked to protect your own incompetence and backdoor dealings in defrauding the electorate in the 2020 election.

Fanin is going in circles trying to keep anything of substance from seeing the light of day. The legal issues alone call for decertification. 57,000 anomalies certify that it is impossible to determine who won. The only recourse is decertification.

The AZ Senate is incapable of representing the people of Arizona regarding any facet of the election process. They are equally incapable of managing a lemonade stand and the people of Arizona should completely gut this institution at their earliest convenience .



Hans von Spakovsky: Missing Ballots in Three States Exceed Joe Biden’s Victory Margins

Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said president Joe Biden’s margins of victory in Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin in the 2020 presidential election were narrower than the states’ respective totals of unaccounted-for ballots.

Biden’s margin of victory in Wisconsin was approximately 20,000 votes despite the number of ballots “missing or undeliverable” in the state amounting to 83,000, von Spakovsky noted.

“Remember the margin of victory in Wisconsin was only 20,000 votes, and that basically 82,000 ballots were either lost or undeliverable or were rejected,” von Spakovsky said on Wednesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow. “That’s four times the margin of victory.”

“Those are the numbers that the Wisconsin Election Commission itself reported to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission,” he added.

Von Spakovsky shared details of “unaccounted-for ballots” from a Daily Signal report

“[The Wisconsin Election Commission] said 6,500 absentee ballots they mailed out were sent back by the postal service as ‘undeliverable’ [and] 3,000 ballots that came back were rejected. They don’t say why, but usually [a ballot is rejected] because, for example, the signature doesn’t match, indicating it may have been a fraudulent ballot,” he remarked.
