Colorado Cops Charged for Leaving Handcuffed Woman in Patrol Car before it was Struck by Train

by Patriots Staff

Platteville Police Sergeant Pablo Vazquez, left, and Fort Lupton police officer Jordan Steinke, right, were charged for their role in the train collision that left Yareni Rios-Gonzalez, upper center, critically injured.

Two Colorado cops were charged this week for their role in the incident that left a woman critically injured after she was placed in the back of a patrol car with handcuffs which was then struck by a freight train.

Yareni Rios-Gonzalez, 20, suffered multiple broken bones but survived.

Fort Lupton police officer Jordan Steinke – who placed her in the back of the patrol car – was charged with two felonies, including criminal attempt to commit manslaughter and second degree assault, according to a press release from the Weld County District Attorney’s Office.

And Platteville Police Sergeant Pablo Vazquez – who parked the car on the tracks – was charged with several misdemeanors, including five counts of reckless endangerment and one count of obstructing highway or other passageway as well as a pair of traffic citations, including careless driving and parking where prohibited.

Vazquez was hired despite being labeled by colleagues at a previous job as an “incompetent” cop with a “dangerous lack of radio awareness,” according to CBS Colorado.

Rios-Gonzalez was charged with one felony count of menacing for allegedly pulling a gun on another driver in a road rage incident.

The incident took place on September 16 after police received a 911 call from a man claiming a woman in a pickup truck had pulled a gun on him.

Vazquez spotted Rios-Gonzalez in the truck and pulled her over. He said she did not immediately pull over but eventually did after crossing a set of railroad tracks.

Vazquez pulled up behind her, leaving his patrol car parked on the tracks. He then stepped out and ordered her out at gunpoint.

Steinke then pulled up behind his patrol car and stepped out with her gun drawn. She then handcuffed Rios-Gonzalez while Vazquez began searching her truck for the alleged gun.

Meanwhile, the freight train came barreling down the tracks, blowing its horn but body camera footage shows the cops did not immediately react at first.

It was only until moments before the train struck the car that the cops seemed to remember the handcuffed woman in the back seat.

The three suspects each received a summons with a court date and were not arrested, according to the district attorney’s office.

Ashli Babbitt Pleaded With Police to Call for Backup Moments Before She Was Shot and Killed

by: Jay Greenberg

Video reveals Babbitt blasted Capitol Police for not calling in backup

The video was filmed just moments before Babbitt, 35, was shot and killed on Jan. 6, 2021.

Confronting the police officers guarding the doors to the Speaker’s Lobby at the U.S. Capitol, Babbitt is seen blasting them for doing nothing while rioters proceeded to smash windows, an analysis shows.

The analysis of the journalist’s video comes on the heels of recent disclosures that Babbitt tried at least four other times to stop the assault on the Speaker’s Lobby.

It shows her desperation when the rioters were left unchecked.

The video even shows someone smashing a window just inches from a police officer’s head.

Ashli Babbitt is seen growing frustrated as police officers ignore the rioters

In the video—shot by independent journalist Tayler Hansen—Babbitt is seen trailing rioter Zachary Alam, attempting to get between him and one of three police officers at the Speaker’s Lobby double doors.

Alam, who was arrested by the FBI on Jan. 30, 2021, bashes the window in the double doors twice.

The first time, he grabs one police officer’s shoulder with his left hand, then punches between him and another officer, striking the window, the video shows.

“Chill out! Chill the [expletive] out, bro!” someone shouts. “Hey! Chill out!”

“These guys work for us!” someone in the crowd interjects.

“You gonna shoot him?” another person asks.

A bearded man in a red Trump cap complains that they are not being allowed into the Speaker’s Lobby.

"Mother [expletive]! We don’t want to hurt nobody.

"We just want to go in the House.”

Babbitt tries to get in between Alam and one of the officers.

She says something to Alam, but he brushes her off.

Alam then cranks up his right arm and punches the window next to the officer.

Within a few seconds, Babbitt blows up at the officers for allowing the violence and vandalism.

"Call [expletive] help!” Babbitt shouts, jumping up and down in front of the officers.

"We’re allowed to be here!”

Babbitt takes a couple of steps back.

There was no visible reaction from the officers, sparking her anger.

"You’re a fraud!” she shouts.

"You’re a [expletive] fraud! You’re wrong!”

After walking away, Babbitt can be heard screaming just off-camera: “Take it down!”

Hansen said he believes she meant for the crowd to calm down.

"You could tell that she was definitely getting upset,” Hansen said.

"She was calm when she first got there.

"Then as the destruction continued and as more people started to fill in and it got more dangerous, that’s when you can tell she was getting really upset.”

Babbitt served as a police officer in the U.S. Air Force during her 14 years of military service.

Her husband, Aaron, said her law enforcement experience likely told her something was wrong.

"I believe she saw their inaction as odd or off, and was ultimately confused as to what was happening,” Aaron Babbitt told The Epoch Times.

"She was a take-charge kind of person.

"Her frustrations show that the cops who should’ve been taking charge—weren’t.”

"I’d only seen bits and pieces and never fully put together,” Aaron Babbitt said of the video.

"I can hear the confused panic in her voice.”

He said the video makes him sad since his role as a husband is to protect his wife.

He stayed in San Diego to run the couple’s small business while Ashli attended the Trump rally in Washington.

She was trapped in the hallway, and claustrophobic.

"She had no friends in that room,” Babbitt said.

"I always go back to no one would’ve ever watched out for (her) like I always did. Very helpless.”

Babbitt said he hopes the video analysis gives the public a better understanding of the chaos in the hallway.

"I’ve known something was off with the whole situation from day one,” Babbitt said.

"Hopefully this gives other people a different perspective—or at a minimum makes someone take a second look with a different mindset.”

"What I think it was from reviewing the footage and just from knowing what I know about Ashli from the family, is she probably got claustrophobic,” Hansen said, “because more people and more people kept pouring in and she realized she was in a bad situation.

"So then she pushed her way over to the window area.

"Once that window broke, I think she realized this was going to be bad for the people inside if they were actually able to breach these doors entirely,” Hansen said.

"I think she wanted to be the first one through that window so she could kind of safeguard it, honestly.

"If she can get to the other side of the window where officers are, in her mind she would be safe.”

Hansen said he just discovered an Instagram live-stream video he shot on Jan. 6 that shows Babbitt as she first turned the corner into the Speaker’s Lobby hallway.

He said that Babbitt was friendly with the police officers when she first approached the doors.

"Ashli just walks right up to them and just seems super happy; doesn’t know what she’s about to walk into.

"She was joking with the cops right before Byrd put a bullet into her.”

Hansen said he first encountered Ashli in the Capitol Rotunda as she entered the building by herself.

He next saw her as he emerged from a room with George Washington’s portrait on the wall, then followed her to the Speaker’s Lobby hallway.

They were the first two to reach the double doors.

"It shows her and me just walking right up to the door with Officer Yetter and all the other cops and she starts talking to them.”

J-6 Attorney Releases Video of Capitol Police Pummeling Female Trump Supporter Victoria White in Tunnel Area — Beating Her with Batons, Punching Her in Face, Then They Paraded Her Through Capitol (VIDEO)

by Jim Hoft

Victoria White from Rochester, Minnesota attended the Stop the Steal rally in Washington DC on January 6th. Victoria was later arrested and charged with assault on the US Capitol.

Victoria White was brutally beaten near death by the US Capitol Police. According to attorney Joseph McBride:

She is hit approximately thirty- five times over the course of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, while appearing to be begging for mercy the entire time. She is hit with the baton while facing away. She is hit with the baton while facing forward. She is speared and poked with the baton about the face so as to inflict maximum pain. She collapses more than once and is stood up by the officers only to be maced and beaten again. At some point, White-shirt puts away his baton, not because he is showing mercy because he has a clear avenue to her face. As such, he unloads on the defenseless woman punching her five times in five seconds, directly in the face, with all of his might.
Her DOJ report is here.

Not once in the DOJ report do they describe the brutal pummeling she received at the hands of the Capitol Police officers.
The fact that they ignored the police brutality in their report is frightening.

The fake news mainstream media has also refused to report on this brutal police beating in any of their reporting.

After the police officers beat Victoria with batons for several minutes and smashed her in the face with their fists, they put her in zip-tie handcuffs and paraded her through the US Capitol and into a police vehicle.

It should be clear to any conservative in America today that you cannot trust the Department of Justice.

Victoria White is lucky to be alive today.

Two other female Trump supporters were not so lucky that day.

Here is the shocking description of her attack released Wednesday by Attorney Joseph McBride.

Victoria White was pushed into the Tunnel. She was then BRUTALLY BEATEN by OFFICER WHITE SHIRT. Dozens of baton blows. Punched in the face 5x. A defenseless woman, she is PULVERIZED for wearing a TRUMP Hat. Thank you @julie_kelly2 for speaking truth to power. @DarrenJBeattie

Watch on the right, as soon as the man getting hit jumps up and escapes the tunnel. Officer White Shirt turns to Victoria White and begins his assault.

Ryan Nichols saw an incredible amount of violence perpetrated against helpless women and men in tunnel. The video and facts regarding Officer White-shirt clearly demonstrates the animus that multiple members of the Capitol police held toward Trump supporters on January 6, 2021.

This is an evil man that should be stripped of his position of power and sent to prison for his crimes. Instead, the people who came to her aid, and others like her— are languishing in prison in pre-trial detention.

Polish pastor goes viral again in new confrontation with Canadian authorities: 'Communist fascists'

by Ryan Foley

Just three weeks after a video of himself forcefully telling local authorities seeking to enforce coronavirus restrictions to leave his church and comparing them to Nazis and the Gestapo went viral, a Canadian pastor has shared a video documenting another such visit to his church.

In a video posted to YouTube Saturday, Artur Pawlowski, pastor of Street Church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, documented how “The Gestapo came again attacking the church!”

Two days after its posting, the video has received more than 130,000 views on YouTube as of Monday afternoon.

Local law enforcement at Street Church

Ezra Levant, the founder of Rebel Media who amplified Pawlowski’s previous encounter with law enforcement on Easter weekend, posted a shortened version of the video to his Twitter account, which has amassed more than 237,000 views.

“I cannot believe that after the last fiasco on Easter weekend — that went viral globally — the thugs from @CalgaryPolice have returned, during a church service to the same church. With more cops, with more guns. They truly hate Christians and it shows," Levant tweeted.

While the first video began with Pawlowski forcefully telling a public health officer and local law enforcement to leave, the second video began with Pawlowski calmly greeting the officials at the front door.

The public health officer presented Pawlowski with a warrant, possibly hoping to avoid the type of confrontation that unfolded three weeks ago. He told them not to come back without a warrant.

As he videotaped the encounter, one of the police officers accompanying the public health officer told Pawlowski, “you don’t have to get into her personal space,” as he attempted to zoom his phone in on the paperwork.

“You’re in my personal space,” Pawlowski responded.

When the public health officer requested the opportunity to “explain” why she was there, Pawlowski remarked that he was “not really interested in what you have to say.” He agreed to read over the paperwork she gave to him.

“What we want to do is make sure that we’re not going to disrupt any of the religious service,” she said. She expressed a desire to “explain the order, serve the order and then we can stand in the back.”

“No, no, no, no, no, no! You can contact my lawyer,” he replied. “My lawyer takes care of this. I’m not interested to listen to any word you have to say. I do not cooperate with Gestapo. I do not talk to the Nazis. You came in your uniforms like thugs. That’s what you are.”

Pawlowski also referred to the officials as “brown shirts” and “Nazi Gestapo communist fascists,” reiterating that “I do not cooperate with Nazis.”

He urged the officials to “talk to my lawyer,” informing them that “You’re not allowed here, you’re not welcomed here, and I’m not going to cooperate with Gestapo like you.”

“Is that fair enough for you?” he asked. As the public health officer reiterated her desire to “explain a little bit about
the order” and “at least have a conversation,” Pawlowski told her, “I’m not interested in talking.”

“This is what the Gestapo is doing,” he asserted. “You come into the place of worship to intimidate and to harass. So you can make an appointment.”

As the public health officer continued to plead with Pawlowski, he told her, “Lady, listen to me!”

“You can make an appointment another day,” he added.

The public health officer informed him, “You don’t need to shout.”

“Another day! Not this day! Not this day! Not during the church!” he yelled.

“You understand? Make an appointment!” he continued as the public health officer and the police officers began to walk away. She indicated an inaudible desire to comply, to which he retorted, “Okay! So go!”

The police officers told Pawlowski, “See you later” and “Have a good day” as he continued to scream at them.

Diane McDaniel reveals struggles of coping with mental illness, how family and churches can help
“You are sick! That’s what you are. And rightfully so, you change your uniforms to black because
acting like the Gestapo of old," he insisted.

Pawlowski turned the camera back on himself, arguing that it was “sickening what this country came to.”

He lamented that government officials were “coming to the place of worship with their uniform, with their guns again, again, during the time of worship.”

“They could do it another time. They could do it another day. No, they are following the orders of their Fuhrer, Hitler,” he asserted.

Describing them as “communists” and “wicked, evil people,” Pawlowski warned that “If Canadians will not rise up and stand up, if they will not come to their senses while there is still a time … to wake up and push this evil, there will be absolutely no … rights whatsoever.”

“If they can get away with this, they’re going to come anywhere else,” he predicted. “Do you think that they are here for your health, seriously? They could come any day of the week. They could call me. They could say, ‘hey, we want to inspect your facility, we want to come.’ No, no, they want to do it during the church service because they have a purpose, they have an agenda.”

“If you are not seeing it, then you are playing either stupid, blind and deaf. I have been warning you for 16 years about what’s coming, and it’s here,” he argued. “Those types of people will never stop. They’re going to keep coming, keep coming, keep taking your rights one after another."

Urging Canadians not to “bow to the medical tyranny,” he stressed that “they’re coming for everything."

"Wake up or else," he exclaimed, claiming that "they’re pushing for a revolution."

"I truly believe that they’re pushing so hard because they want a reaction, they want a martial law, they want a revolution, they want to come heavy on the people and they’re not stopping,” he concluded.

“That’s the scary part. They’re not stopping. They’re … not slowing down. They’re breaking every right under our constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. They are breaking it in front of our eyes. And it looks like they can get away with the murder. They can get away with anything.”

Pawlowski suggested that politicians who support the restrictions on places of worship should be charged with treason because “what they’re doing is illegal, unconstitutional, [and] against the people.”

According to Pawlowski, “They’re not serving people anymore. They are working against the people."

Pawlowski is not the first Canadian pastor to face adverse treatment for failure to abide by coronavirus restrictions.

Canadian pastor James Coates spent time in jail for not following the worship restrictions imposed on churches due to the coronavirus pandemic.
