Michigan Secretary of State Fights To Keep 26K Dead People On Voter Rolls

by  Jeremy Porter

“She might be trying to start a new movement, DLM Dead Lives Matter."

For almost the past two years, people on both sides of the aisle have discussed the 2020 Presidential election.

Although former President Donald Trump stood in front of massive crowds while Joe Biden stared at teleprompters, on election night, Biden would become the most voted-for candidate in the history of America. And with that title came the White House as well. Although in 2016, when Trump won, the Democrats suggested election fraud and Russian interference, now they suggest the system is accurate. Still, numerous politicians and even Trump himself claim the election was stolen. Now, with documentaries, articles, and whistleblowers coming forward, the topic continues to grow as Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is accused of keeping over 25,000 dead registrants on the state voter roll.

Back in 2021, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a lawsuit against the Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for keeping over 25,000 people on the voter roll after they died. This happens to be a direct violation of the National Voter Registration Act. With the lawsuit against her, Benson brazenly decided to try and get it thrown out. Not all that surprising, the district court denied her request.

The President of Public Interest Legal Foundation, J. Christian Adams, said, “It is astonishing that Secretary Benson is so vigorously opposing effective list maintenance. It’s remarkable that after sharing this data with the Secretary of State in 2020, dead registrants remained on the state’s voter rolls. This initial win is the first step to ensuring that deceased registrants are not receiving ballots and reducing the opportunity for fraud in Michigan’s elections.”

BOMBSHELL: Evidence Shows Michigan Supreme Court Race in 2020 Was Flipped – Election Audit Professionals Also Identify Numerous Red Flags in New Mexico and Arizona

By Joe Hoft

The presentation in Otero County, New Mexico on Wednesday night began with attorney David Clements introducing the professionals who were involved in the audit.

IT Expert Jeffrey Lenberg next shared the following points to begin the presentation of his team’s audit of the election machines used in the county.

  • Election security is almost nonexistent. “The systems and the processes that exist are like swiss cheese.”
  • Pro V&V certifies voting machines across the country but does not do a good job. They don’t have the resources to.
  • Wherever they went they received full-fledged resistance when wanting to look at the voting systems.
  • Risk-limiting audits are a facade in the way they’re being done.
  • The password for Michigan and New Mexico voting system access was “123456” and you can access all the administrative menus.  You can go in days after an election and add ballots and adjust the time and print it out. This capability should not
  • exist in the system.
  • Microsoft SQL software was found in Michigan, New Mexico and Arizona.  It does not need to be there. It can be accessed without any password and you have “keys to the kingdom”.  You can do anything you want with the data and change anything you want with SQL.
  • Transparency needs to be where everything is recorded. The only place ballots can be associated with voters is at the polling place.
  • In Maricopa County, Arizona, all the ballot boxes were unsealed when they were provided to the auditors.
  • In Maricopa County, there were 263,000 corrupted images that were also not mentioned by the auditors there.  (Biden was given the win by 10,000 votes.)
  • There were 21,000 ballot images missing in Maricopa.
  • In New Mexico, they updated that software that was certified which makes no sense, and in the process deleted the 2020 project file.
  • There was a pile of red flags from the system audit work.
Michigan used fear tactics to intimidate the auditors. The New Mexico Secretary of State did the same to stop audits of the machines in the state.

The DHS claims the auditors trying to get to the bottom of the election process are enemies of the state.

On September 3rd all the jurisdictions will destroy all items related to the 2020 Election. This information needs to be kept and not destroyed.  Because items like the item in Michigan may have happened everywhere.

Lenberg then shared this bombshell

In Michigan’s down-ballot 2020 Supreme Court Justice race three candidates out of seven were programmed differently in the election system.  As a result, the court changed from Republican to Democrat!

The remedy to address this is to count all the ballots across the state and compare to the election results.

No wonder the corrupt AG in Michigan is going after these guys.  Communists don’t like their crimes to be uncovered.

Here is the audit report presented tonight by the election auditors in New Mexico.  The 2020 Election in New Mexico was a mess.

IT’S SPREADING: Cass and Alcona County GOP in Michigan Vote to Rescind 2020 Presidential Election, Joining Texas GOP, Maricopa County, AZ GOP, MT GOP, Wisconsin Counties…

By Jim Hoft

Cass County and Alcona County GOP in Michigan voted this week to reject and rescind the 2020 presidential election.

The two Michigan counties joined the Texas GOP, the Maricopa County GOP, Arizona GOP, Montana GOP and several Wisconsin counties in recognizing the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent and stolen.

Recently Landglade, Winnebego, Iowa and Calument Counties in Wisconsin voted to the desertification of the 2020 presidential election.

Republicans in Ravalli and Lewis and Clark Counties in Montana rejected the 2020 election results earlier this month.

Via Nick Moseder.

Here is a timeline from Michigan on election day and night.

Counting stopped late at night. Ballot counting was completed according to our sources in the TCF Center, a van drove in with 61 boxes of suspect ballots, and then a massive drop of ballots for Joe Biden took place at 6:31 in the morning to steal the election from President Trump.

The Gateway Pundit discussed this strange phenomenon in our “Drop and Roll” video back in November 2020.

Our premise remains unchallenged and unexplainable.

BREAKING BOMBSHELL: MI County GOP Chair and Lawyer Haider Kazim Withdraws From Antrim Co. Voter Fraud Case After Fighting Yesterday To Stop It…Called For “Ban of Dominion Voting System and Hardware” Only 5 Months Ago

by Patty McMurray

Yesterday, we reported about the hearing in the Antrim County, MI, voter fraud case, where Judge Kevin J. Elsenheimer heard arguments from Erik Grill, Assistant Attorney General, to the radical Attorney General Dana Nessel, representing  MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Antrim County Attorney and Chair of the Grand Traverse Republican Party, Haider Kazim, who were both fighting to dismiss the election fraud lawsuit. Constitutional Attorney Matt Deperno of DePerno Law, who represents the plaintiff, William Bailey, has been fighting to expand the case.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – In March, Attorney Matt DePerno subpoenaed 8 clerks in key counties in Michigan: Barry, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Kent, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne. In his subpoenas, DePerno asked to have access to their poll tapes, ballots, logs, tally servers, election management servers, election media, spreadsheets, and canvasser notes from the 2020 election. The judge denied their requests after all 8 counties filed motions to quash his request. In Grand Traverse County, Haider Kazim and Michigan’s dishonest Democrat Secretary of State filed a joint motion to quash DePerno’s request.

In our previous report, we asked why the Grand Traverse Republican Party chair would be fighting so hard in court to stop the investigation into voter fraud in Antrim County? We asked what could possibly be in it for Mr. Hazim to stop the voter fraud case from moving forward?

Less than 24 hours after we outed Mr. Kazim’s seemingly duplicitous role as the Chair of the Grand Traverse County Republican Party and the attorney fighting have the voter fraud case in Antrim County dismissed—Mr. Kazim withdrew from the case.
