Arizona Corruption.. Katie Hobbs Belongs in Jail

Arizona is corrupt, and Katie Hobbs belongs in jail. Just the News published a great article that I encourage you to read. The recently stolen role of Secretary of State in Arizona is currently occupied by Adrian Fontes. Fontes is seeking to have Lake prosecuted for tweeting evidence from the public Senate hearings, specifically regarding the mismatched ballot signatures that we’ve all seen a thousand times by now. So what’s really happening here.

Well, Katie Hobbs and her organized crime crew – the same Katie Hobbs that abused her power by requesting her political opponent be censored in an election she was overseeing and competing in and who threatened to have election officials arrested for not certifying her fraudulent election – is now attempting to intimidate Kari Lake for questioning her and her gang’s corruption.

If we the people, don’t stand up to this, we can kiss our elections goodbye; our votes will never count. This election was stolen, and the evidence is as clear as day. The lower Court’s rulings in Arizona were so egregiously wrong in all three election cases that they border on unethical, in my opinion. Kari Lake’s case is one of the strongest election cases I’ve ever seen filed, and there is no question that there were sufficient levels of error (apparently fraud) demonstrated to overturn the election. I wonder if the crooked Court will throw out the criminal charges as quickly as they throw out many of Lake’s good counts or the Finchem case.

Where is the DOJ? I know Merrick Garland is a crook, but shouldn’t he at least pretend that he cares about obvious election fraud? Regardless, we need to put pressure on the FBI and the DOJ to investigate what is happening here, and that could and should be coming from House Republicans. We elected them to investigate these things, and this issue is an easy one. Is anyone really suggesting to We The People that the SOS and the AG are doing all of this in good faith?

There were a number of federal officials up for election, so this would imply the House could investigate. We the people have seen more than enough evidence to recognize these crooks are abusing their power to try and intimidate Kari Lake and her team. I thank God that Kari has more BDE than the ED crowd in the US Senate (anybody seen or heard from #EDLeaderMcConnell on all of this? McCarthy has an opportunity here. I know dealing with election fraud is scary for those of you in DC, but if you do not deal with this issue, what will you do when it affects YOUR races? All Republicans should be fighting this.

If they can steal this AZ in this egregious of a fashion, we really have zero chance in 2024 and beyond. Encourage McCarthy, Gaetz, Boeber, and Jordan to get behind this. Anyone who claims to be a supporter of Trump should be working to fix this broken system.

We also need to look at the AZ courts and whether they need [to be ] reformed. The incorrect rulings based on conflated legal principles are absurd. Even if the Court’s “fraud” standard were correct, that standard was met. 60% of Maricopa County’s machines failed? Do you really think that was an accident? Nobody makes election machines that badly. The normal rate of adjudication was never over 4% (prior to 2020), and 2022 was 14%. Was that just an oops? How many were turned away in Republican districts so they could not vote – was this another “accident?” It’s just not credible to suggest what happened in AZ was anything less than egregious election fraud

Maricopa County: Long Withheld Records Reveal More than 20,000 Mail Ballots Received After the Legal Deadline

Arizona Law requires that all ballots be received by the county no later than 7pm on Election Day in order for them to be counted and valid1. However, review of Maricopa County 2020 General Election records shows that more than 20,000 ballots were transported from

the United States Postal Service (USPS) after that deadline.

Verity Vote obtained delivery receipts from the county that show USPS ballots were re-ceived on November 4, 5 and 6. Any ballots not rejected are accepted by default and tabulated into the election results. Arizona law is clear that it is not an issue of the ballot
postmark but the receipt of the ballot by the county prior to 7pm on Election Day. Maricopa County reported that they rejected only 934 ballots due to lateness (Fig. 1). This leaves over 19K received ballots that show no evidence of rejection. According to Arizona law, these ballots should have been rejected.

Incoming USPS ballot packets are picked up by the County on a route driven at least daily. For efficiency, a Maricopa County Election Department employee starts the route from the County’s Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) carrying some ballot packets already in the County’s possession (those previously gathered from drop boxes and vote .1

Public Records Withheld

Verity Vote made numerous attempts to obtain the missing document(s). Several calls were made seeking the November 4th records. On March 21st, 2022, a follow-up email was sent to Celia (redacted), Assistant Director of Early Voting for Maricopa County to determine if a document had been created for the missing date. No response was received. On April 8, 2022, a new PRR was submitted requesting the missing Receipt of Delivery records for November 4th.

After numerous delays, multiple follow up emails, and phone calls, county employees informed Verity Vote that records were with legal counsel pending review. Eleven days later, on May 19th, 2022, documents were finally approved for release by the County attorney and provided by MC Recorder’s Office.It took nearly seven months to get the documents only to be informed that the
documents provided ”do not represent the complete universe of MC Inbound Receipt of De-livery forms from November 4, 2020.” The MC Recorder also wrote that they are unable to produce the other documents because they, ”cannot be certain, but we believe that the remainder of these forms were transferred to the Treasurer’s Office.” If there are indeed additional forms for 11/4 then the number of USPS late mail ballots could be much higher than 20K.

They are continuing to withhold records claiming that they are stored with the official returns 2. It is unclear why the Recorder would have transferred these record to the treasurer.The records in the treasurer’s custody can only be examined with a court order. Therefore,

Verity Vote can only report that the minimum number is 20,500 late USPS ballot packets.

The trial was very revealing as Defendant witness Dr. Mayor reversed himself in court testimony making a case for Lindell’s papper ballots alternative. Lead Plaintiff attorney Kurt Olson finds election AZ supervisor Jordan Peterson reverses himself (perjury) that it was not possible to print 19″ ballots on 20″ paper. The best part of the trial was Maricopa Investigator Heather Honey correcting Defendant lawyer on a point of law, i.e ballots could be added by Runway, the election tabulators employees and that was not illegal but Honey corrected him noting that they were INVALID according to AZ law. Then AZ election’s director Scott Jarrett admits that the Printer Settings were CHANGED ON ELECTION DAY. If this isn’t voter disenfranchisement what could ever qualify? Lake’s attorney’s succeeded in proving intention to defraud.

AZ SOS threatens felony charges if Counties don't certify the fraudulent 2022 election

This should wake up everyone as to just how ‘in your face’ the 2022 election steal was. The fact that anyone could be threatened and told by the AZ secretary of State that if they vote ‘No’ they will face ‘felony’ charges is beyond belief. Here it is: “Katie Hobbs, a convicted racist, sued Cochise County for failing to certify the fraudulent results”. It was revealed yesterday by a Yavapai County Supervisor that Arizona county officials were threatened with Class 6 felony charges if they refused to certify the fraudulent election.”  is something expected in China North Korea or another banana republic. If this election stands America is finished.
