Exclusive: Voting Systems Used Across the Country Have Functionality to Create Ballots and Fill Them Out – Why Are They Allowed?

This week auditors in New Mexico uncovered a number of material issues in their work to date.  One item that we learned is that the voting system is able to fill out ballots.  Combined with what we knew some time ago, this is devastating.

This past week auditors in New Mexico identified that the voting systems used in the counties under review have the ability to fill in ballots.  This was noted in the presentation before officials in Otero County, New Mexico.  We then learned earlier today that a prior New York state investigation identified malicious code that could do this.

In addition to this breaking news, TGP identified other system issues within the voting systems.  According to the Dominion website, its election system has the ability to print ballots.

The feature is explained in the Dominion Voting Systems manual on page 30:

4. Alternatively, if allowed by your jurisdiction, use the Automated Test Deck application. This application, available from Dominion Voting, can automatically generate the appropriate test decks and expected results totals.

Georgia purchased the “Automated Test Desk” option according to its procurement document reported at its website.  See the following procurement document – see page 59:

Automated Test Deck Creation – The creation of automated, comprehensive test decks is an optional service provided by Dominion to assist customers in conducting Logic & Accuracy testing. Using the Election Day database, a series of pre-marked ballots are generated based on a computer algorithm designed to provide the highest assurance of system accuracy. When scanned these decks create known outcomes that can be compared with tabulated results. The elimination of error due to mistakes in hand-marking provides a higher degree of
confidence in test results.”

There is also evidence that Philadelphia precincts had this option from Dominion also, see page 89.  And Michigan also, see page 37.

The more we investigate and uncover information related to the voting machines and systems used in the 2020 Election, the more that we realize that they never should have been used.  How secure is a voting system from wrongdoing that has functionality in it that allows individuals to create ballots and then fill them out?

Dinesh D'Souza just exposed the treachery of the corporate media "conservatives" on the 2020 Stolen Election

by Emerald Robinson

Fox News has been on a collision course with its own audience since the stolen 2020 election — and you can almost feel the impact coming. The network has made so many dumb bets lately that it’s like watching a busload of trailer park residents get offloaded to play the nickel slots in Reno. All you can do is shake your head as you think: I know they’re all going bankrupt, and they’re already bankrupt. It’s been perfectly obvious for years now that Rupert Murdoch and his feckless sons turned against President Trump and actually helped Joe Biden — which is not just unforgivable. It’s unsustainable.

Why? Because it requires the silence of other prominent conservatives, and the short term memories of GOP voters, to allow Fox News to continue pretending that it’s a conservative news network. Guess what: GOP voters have not forgotten about Fox News calling Arizona early — and prominent conservatives are no longer interested in ignoring Fox’s treachery.

Case in point: Dinesh D’Souza dropped several bombshells on Twitter recently that illustrate that Fox News has nowhere left to hide.

This sort of thing would be unthinkable just a few years ago. D’Souza’s tweet virtually guarantees that he will never appear on any Fox News program again. He will be black-listed — a common practice at Fox (just ask Rudy Giuliani and Marjorie Taylor Greene and Peter Navarro). Dinesh knew all of this and did it anyway — and that should tell you something. (He even tagged a Fox producer on Tucker’s team to name and shame him.) Fox has lost its monopoly power on the Right, and it’s no longer immune from criticism by the conservative community.

That hasn’t stopped Fox News from trying to cut D’Souza out of his own documentary in order to present the work as its own. Just watch this explosive video.

The real reason that “2000 Mules” is being ignored by the conservative corporate media and the liberal corporate media is because it’s true. The stolen 2020 election was the largest political interference operation ever conducted in America. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s charity spent more than $400 million to create a private election system in swing states — and he was hardly alone. It took massive coordination from both political parties and the corporate media and federal law enforcement and left-wing NGO’s to thwart the will of the American people in 2020.

The problem for both political parties and the corporate media and federal law enforcement and left-wing NGO’s is that they pulled it off but they got caught doing it. The fraud was much too pervasive and public to be kept secret. That’s why “2000 Mules” is creating such an awkward moment at Fox News. Our corrupt institutions have no idea what to do next. They can't admit to the fraud — but they also can't dismiss the evidence. (They tried for the last 18 months and it didn’t work.) They have to pretend now that nothing is happening and they have to keep pretending until 2024.

It’s one thing for the FBI to gaslight the American people. (That’s their specialty.) It’s a whole different matter for Fox News to spit in the face of its own audience for the next three years and call it rain. Fox executives are not going to allow Trump’s rallies to be aired on their channel; they’re not going to apologize for pushing Biden’s vaccine mandates; and they’re not going to allow election fraud to be discussed.

Add it all together: it’s a losing hand.

<SNIP> <SNIP>

And the truth can break out from anywhere — even from the comments section of a tweet from an anonymous account.

Fox News doesn’t want to cover election fraud because the GOP establishment doesn’t want to find election fraud when it involves cheating to defeat Donald Trump. Fox News is the voice of the GOP establishment. (That’s why Rupert Murdoch has secret meetings with Bill Barr rather than Trump at his home during the Trump Administration.) Fox News is the voice of Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and Mike Pence and Bill Barr and a bunch of other unpopular politicians who want rid of President Trump permanently.

In other words, Fox News is the voice of the uniparty regime in Washington.

That regime doesn’t have any GOP voters left. Look at McConnell’s poll numbers. Look at Pence’s poll numbers. Trump just endorsed a bunch of primary candidates and they just swept through the GOP establishment’s picks like Hunter Biden at a strip club. The GOP establishment has the voting machines, but it doesn’t have any voters.

Fox News is not on the side of the GOP voters — but they do rely on them. So they’re caught, and everybody knows it. That’s why Fox wants to strong-arm conservative influencers like D’Souza into letting it appropriate his content on voter fraud — they need to pretend to care for the sake of the audience. Just watch D’Souza’s podcast video again, and listen to what he tells you: Fox News knows that they “can crucify him” and so he has to “stay on the reservation” or he will be banned. Tucker’s executive producer (D’Souza claims) responded to D’Souza’s declining their strong-arm “offer” by telling D’Souza that “he was finished” and that Fox would “teach him a lesson.”

That’s a threat that had teeth before 2020. Now it just sounds like hollow threats from gutless people. The world has changed. The people who are going to get taught a lesson in the next few years are at Fox News.

Substack Investigation: Fauci's Royalties And The $350 Million Royalty Payment Stream HIDDEN By NIH

67_NIH_royalties

Last year, the National Institutes of Health – Anthony Fauci’s employer – doled out $30 billion in government grants to roughly 56,000 recipients. That largess of taxpayer money buys a lot of favor and clout within the scientific, research, and healthcare industries.

However, in our breaking investigation, we found hundreds of millions of dollars in payments also flow the other way. These are royalty payments from third-party payers (think pharmaceutical companies) back to the NIH and individual NIH scientists.

We estimate that between fiscal years 2010 and 2020, more than $350 million in royalties were paid by third-parties to the agency and NIH scientists – who are credited as co-inventors.

Because those payments enrich the agency and its scientists, each and every royalty payment could be a potential conflict of interest and needs disclosure.

The production is the result of our federal lawsuit vs. NIH. The agency admits to holding 3,000 pages of line-by-line royalties since 2009. So far, they’ve produced only 1,200 pages. The next 1,800 pages of production will cover the period 2015-2020.

However, what NIH has produced to date gives us insight into the undisclosed royalty largess. For example, only 900 scientists were estimated to be receiving royalties, so now we know the universe is much larger. Since the NIH documents are heavily redacted, we can only see how many payments each scientist received, and, separately, the aggregate dollars per NIH agency. This is a gatekeeping at odds with the spirit and perhaps the letter of open-records laws.

We found agency leadership and top scientists at NIH receiving royalty payments. Well-known scientists receiving payments during the period included:

In the above examples, although we know the number of payments to each scientist, we still don’t know how much money was paid – because the dollar figure was deleted (redacted) from the disclosures.

It’s been a struggle to get any useful information out of the agency on its royalty payments. NIH is acting like royalty payments are a state secret. (They’re not, or shouldn’t be!)

Consider how NIH is using taxpayer money to try and keep taxpayers ignorant and in the dark:

1.      NIH defied the federal Freedom of Information Act law and refused to even acknowledge our open records request for the royalty payments. We filed our FOIA last September.

2.      NIH used expensive taxpayer-funded litigation to slow-walk royalty disclosures (releasing the oldest royalties first). Although the agency admits to holding 3,000 pages, it will take ten months to produce them (300 pages per month). With Judicial Watch as our lawyers, we sued NIH in federal court last October.

3.      NIH is heavily redacting key information on the royalty payments. For example, the agency erased 1. the payment amount, and, 2. who paid it!  This makes the court-mandated production virtually worthless, despite our use of the latest forensic auditing tools

NIH is essentially telling you, the taxpayer, to pay up and shut up. They'll run things. They have forgotten that they work on behalf of the American people.

  • Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the highest-paid federal bureaucrat, received 23 royalty payments. (Fauci’s 2021 taxpayer-funded salary: $456,028).

  • Francis Collins, NIH director from 2009-2021, received 14 payments. (Collins’ 2021 taxpayer-funded salary: $203,500)

  • Clifford Lane, Fauci’s deputy at NIAID, received 8 payments. (Lane’s 2021 taxpayer-funded salary: $325,287)

The agency has become a lot more secretive since 2005.

In 2005, the Associated Press successfully used FOIA to crack open the NIH royalty database. They found 900 scientists collected $9 million in royalties. Furthermore, 51 scientists NIH royalty recipients were then working on experiments involving inventions for which they were already being paid.

Among the 51 scientists doing experiments involving inventions for which they were being paid royalties was Anthony Fauci, then- and current director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Fauci received $45,072.82 between 1997 and 2004 for a patent license on an experimental AIDS treatment.  NIH funded that treatment with $36 million.

To this day, Fauci continues to receive NIH-approved perks without a lot of accountability. For example, in February 2021, Fauci received a $1 million prize from the Dan David Foundation in Israel for “speaking truth to power” during the Trump administration.

Today, NIH is a revolving door of tens of billions of dollars in government grant-making coupled with hundreds of millions of dollars in private – non-transparent – royalty payments.

There needs to be a lot more sunshine on this potentially unholy alliance.

When a federal bureaucrat pops up on television giving us health instructions, who has paid them and for what research and technology? When a patient agrees to a clinical trial or experimental treatment, what financial interests are involved?

Rather than relentless redactions and prolonged court battles, it’s past time for the government to disclose royalty payments as a matter of routine.

NIH needs to come clean with the American people and open the books on the line-by-line royalty payments to the agency and its scientists.

Note: We reached out to NIH for comment and received no response.

Great Reset: Bulgarian MEP on Klaus Schwab’s Plans to Eradicate Western Civilization

by Amy Mek

In February, the European Commission announced that it wanted to extend freedom of travel in the European Union during the pandemic with a digital green certificate, also known as the Covid passport, until July 1, 2023. Citizens can prove that they are fully vaccinated, recovered, or have a negative PCR test with such a certificate.

During a debate in the European Union Parliament, Bulgarian MEP Angel Djambazki was very critical of the passport. The certificate is not practical and does not work because vaccinated and unvaccinated people get sick, exclaimed the leader.

The certificate is destroying companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, stressed the deputy, who called for his colleagues to vote against the extension. Furthermore, he added, It promotes inequality and robs people of their freedoms.

A conspirator is not telling you things, but Klaus Schwab, the head of the World Economic Forum, who, in his book “Covid-19 The Great Reset,” declares that national governments, nation-states, and the middle class will be destroyed, according to Dzhambazki.

The MEP also railed against Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau. “His behavior is all the more embarrassing as he describes the demonstrators fighting for their freedom as an ‘insignificant minority. Since when have minorities become insignificant?”

“This is a disgrace, and it must end,” demanded Dzhambazki.
