Racine County Sheriff Recommends Criminal Charges Against 5 of 6 Members of Wisconsin Elections Commission – First Material Charges Country-wide Related to 2020 Election Theft

The Sheriff of Racine County Wisconsin has recommended charges against five members of Wisconsin’s election commission. These are the first material charges filed country-wide related to the massive 2020 Election fraud.

.On November 4, 2021, Sheriff Schmaling recommended charges against five members of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC). Yesterday it was reported that the charges have been filed.

Law Enforcement Today reported.

The sheriff of Racine County has announced that they are filing criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC).

In a release issued on their Facebook page, Sheriff Schmaling said that the charges have been referred to the Racine County District Attorney, Patricia Hanson.

The Sheriff’s Office has called on state attorney general Josh Kaul to launch an investigation into what they called illegal directives issued by the WEC, most specifically, the directive to not use the Special Voting Deputy process as required by state statute 6.875.

In part, the Facebook post stated:

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review. The recommended charges are for Commissioners Margaret Bostelmann, Julie Glancey, Ann Jacobs, Dean Knudson, and Mark Thomsen.”

The recommended charges are the same for each commissioner, and include:

• Misconduct in Public Office in violation of Wis. Stat. § 946.12(2) (Felony)
• Election Fraud – Election Official Assisting with Violations in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(2)(b)7 (Felony)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Receive Ballot Non-Election Official in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(n) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Illegal Ballot Receipt in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(p) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Solicit Assistance in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(s) (Misdemeanor)
The reasons for the recommended charges were clearly explained during the October 28, 2021, news conference and in the supporting documentation.”

These are the first charges of their kind in the country related to the massive 2020 Election steal. The DOJ and FBI chose to allow all the crimes that occurred and have done nothing to date. It’s now up to the local communities and the states to bring justice back to our country. Our gratitude and admiration for the courageous Sheriff in Racine who seeks justice.

Delaware County Pennsylvania Lawsuit Is Going to Blow the Roof Off of the Democrat Voter Fraud in the State

An election whistleblower in Delaware County, Pennsylvania released video evidence of the destruction of election data, documents, and equipment by election officials in the 2020 presidential election on Wednesday night.

The videos show election officials admitting to each other that their actions were illegal, even “a felony.” But the officials decided to destroy the election evidence anyway.

In one video James Allen, the Director of Elections Operations is seen in a backroom telling officials to destroy evidence knowing it was a felony.

in another video, Tom Gallager, a lawyer for Delaware County, is seen destroying election tapes — a felony.

We reported on this last night.

Of note — President Donald Trump was leading in Pennsylvania until the Delaware County Elections officials released their results. Delaware County was the last Pennsylvania county to report their numbers.

On Thursday reporter Brian Cates posted more on this explosive lawsuit–

So right after a legal Right to Know request was filed, these Delaware County election employees marched straight to where they were hiding these election records and equipment and destroyed it all. And somebody got it all on camera. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU???!!!

The videos are part of a larger lawsuit that will break the Pennsylvania voter fraud scandal wide open.

"This report documents initial findings in an on going forensic examination of the voting systems of Mesa County Colorado used in the November, 2020 General Election...

"Forensic examination found that election records including data described in the Federal Election Commission's

2002 Voting System Standards (VSS) mandated by Colorado law as certification requirements for Colorado v*/ting systems,have been destroyed on Mesa County's voting system,by the system vendor and the Colorado Secretary of State's office. Because similar system modifications wee reportedly performed on county election systems across the state,if is possible, if not likely, that such data destruction in violation of state and federal law has occurred in numerous other counties

Belwether Indicators demand a full 50 state Forensic audit of Nov 3, 2020

Bellwether indicators are historical indicators of final election outcome. Since 1980 when a candidate wins these 19 counties he has won the election.

So one can easily see something is amiss here when Biden only wins one county.

Leading up to the 2020 election Trump gained registered voters in the ratio of 20: 1

Defeated candidates share of the primary vote since 1912.

Trump received a whopping 94.0% of the primary vote and he loses? This alone is strong evidence of election chicanery..Combined with all the republican efforts to stop the forensic audits reinforces the notion of real fraud.

One of Mike Lindell's 'p-caps' showed that Trump won Arizona by some 270,000 votes. Remember this number when the totals are revealed from the AZ audit. It will be further evidence supporting the notion that the election was stolen.
