Biden’s HHS Secretary: "Cutting Off Kids’ Genitals Is ‘Health Care’ And Taxpayers Should Pay For It"

HHS Secretary says cutting off genitals is health care

United States Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra thinks that cutting off children’s genitals should be characterized as health care and funded by taxpayers.

In an exchange with Republican Sen. Mike Braun of Indiana on Wednesday, Becerra not only defended the White House’s support for experimentation on kids’ sex characteristics but also brushed off concerns that the so-called “gender-affirming care” promoted by the government causes irreversible damage. [This is a personal choice NOT to be forcibly paid for by U.S. taxpayers - ED]

“I believe that we should help those have the life-affirming care that they need,” Becerra, who along with the Biden administration has previously signaled support for using taxpayer dollars to fund genital mutilation surgeries, told Braun. “There are many transgender youth who have actually gone in the opposite direction, taking their life. If we can make a life better for someone in America, we should, especially if, in consultation with their physician, they approve of those procedures.”

Becerra’s comments come just weeks after the HHS’s Office of Population Affairs dangerously oversimplified the permanent and damaging effects that radical gender ideology, chemical castration, puberty blockers, and genital mutilation surgeries have on children and adults.

That same month, Rachel Levine, the male U.S. assistant secretary for health who masquerades as a female, falsely claimed, “There is no argument among medical professionals — pediatricians, pediatric endocrinologists, adolescent medicine physicians, adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. — about the value and the importance of gender-affirming care.”

In his interrogation of Becerra, Braun pointed out that the puberty blockers and “grotesque” surgeries recommended by the Biden administration, specifically HHS, are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration and thus are often prescribed “off label,” but the secretary didn’t care. [How is the Biden administration ANY different from the Nazand particulary at Auschwitz - Ed]Is in occupied Europe.. and epecially the human atocities committed at Auschwitz? - ED]

“The FDA would raise alarms if they saw that a particular medicine or treatment were being misused. And at this stage, what we know is that for a drug to be out there available, it has to be safe and effective as FDA has found,” Becerra said. “So what I would simply say with regard to this particular subject is when individuals go in for care, it’s their physician who’s making that decision with them about what type of medicine or treatment they should receive.”

“You know, if you had used that same logic on what we’ve just navigated through Covid, it seems like there would have been a different point of view. And to me, for many parents across the country, this has more potentially tragic consequences, and it seems like it’s a double standard,” Braun replied.

“Those decisions are made by that individual in consultation with physician and caregivers, and no decision would be made without having consulted appropriately,” Becerra replied.

“I would say to you that many of our medical experts will tell you that we’ve explored this subject for a long time and what we find is that we are helping improve the lives of many Americans by providing them with the care that they have chosen with the informed consent of family and also with the consent and advice of their own physician,” he added.

Garland Stonewalls Questions about a Special Counsel Despite New Evidence Tied to President Biden

by Jonathan Turley

Attorney General Merrick Garland continued to refuse to address questions over his refusal to appoint a Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation despite new evidence tying President Joe Biden to the controversial business deals. The New York Post is reporting that President Biden agreed to cover more than $800,000 in bills of Hunter, including legal fees tied to the foreign deals. While President Biden’s denial of knowledge of Hunter’s deals has been repeatedly contradicted (including by Hunter himself), White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki declared that President Biden stands by his denials. However, she declined to explain new information showing that a key business partner in these deals visited the White House over a dozen times, including at least one meeting with then Vice President Biden.

The New York Post shows that on Jan. 17, 2019, Hunter Biden’s then-personal assistant, Katie Dodge told accountant Linda Shapero that Joe Biden was covering the legal costs. The email states “I spoke with Hunter today regarding his bills. It is my understanding that Hunt’s dad will cover these bills in the short-term as Hunter transitions in his career.”

[America's two tier Justice system.  A different set of rules depending on who you are, aptly depicted by the following two cases (1) you're a globalist elite above the law OR (2) An ordinary Joe who gets hammered for his indiscressions. - ED]

What may be even more damaging is the the new disclosure that Hunter Biden’s business partner, Eric Schwerin, made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015. Schwerin was the president of Rosemont Seneca, one of the key firms involved in the alleged influence peddling schemes.

We have previously discussed the various references to the President in these emails. Indeed, it is impossible to look into these allegations of influence peddling without repeatedly running into references to the President.

As vice president, Joe Biden flew to China on Air Force Two with Hunter Biden, who arranged for his father to meet some of his business interests. Hunter Biden’s financial interest in a Chinese-backed investment firm, BHR Partners, was registered within weeks of that 2013 trip.

There are emails of Ukrainian and other foreign clients thanking Hunter Biden for arranging meetings with his father. There are photos from dinners and meetings that tie President Biden to these figures, including a 2015 dinner with a group of Hunter Biden’s Russian and Kazakh clients.

People apparently were told to avoid directly referring to President Biden. In one email, Tony Bobulinski, then a business partner of Hunter’s, was instructed by Biden associate James Gilliar not to speak of the former veep’s connection to any transactions: “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that but they are paranoid.”

Instead, the emails apparently refer to President Biden with code names such as “Celtic” or “the big guy.” In one, “the big guy” is discussed as possibly receiving a 10 percent cut on a deal with a Chinese energy firm; other emails reportedly refer to Hunter Biden paying portions of his father’s expenses and taxes.

There were other connections like an office arranged for Joe Biden by the Chinese, a letter of recommendation written by Joe Biden for a key Chinese figure’s child, and expenses paid out of joint accounts.

President Biden has long insisted that that his son did “nothing wrong.” That is obviously untrue. One can argue over whether Hunter committed any crime, but few would say that there is nothing wrong with raw influence peddling worth millions with foreign entities. The public has a legitimate reason to know whether the President or his family ran an influence peddling operation worth millions.

Given this mounting evidence, the position of Attorney General Garland has gone from dubious to ridiculous in evading the issue of a special counsel appointment.  He continues to refuse to acknowledge these conflicts with the President. In a hearing yesterday, Garland again refused to address the issue, even discussing what it would take to warrant the appointment of a special counsel. There is no reason why he cannot answer such legal questions without getting into the evidence produced in Delaware.

Federal regulations allow the appointment of a special counsel when it is in the public interest and an “investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances.”

It is hard to imagine a stronger case for the appointment of a special counsel. [It's really NOT in the interests of the globalists who contol the majority of US agencies, the judiciary and of course Congress. It's 'Pay for Play' at it's finest and they will block all attempts to stop it just as they have prevented the stolen 2020 election from being decertified. - ED}

Biden's Family Scandal: Never Underestimate the Power of Blackmail

by Oliver North and David Goetsch

Bidens Family Scandal Never Underestimate the Power of Blackmail

The Hunter Biden coverup continues to unravel and, as it does, questions about the president's involvement become harder to dodge. Hunter's nefarious dealings with what at the time was China's largest energy company, CEFC, are well-documented, as are his questionable activities in Russia and Ukraine. The concept is known as influence peddling, a smarmy practice refined to an art form in "the swamp."

Hunter Biden's "take" from Russia while his father was vice president was reportedly at least $3.5 million, for which he did nothing but be Joe Biden's son. Now, Joe Biden is president of the United States and is directly accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of war crimes and genocide in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The possibility of blackmail is undeniable.

Hunter Biden never provided any substantive service to his foreign patrons. He was widely known to be a spoiled, profligate son of privilege. All Hunter Biden ever peddled to China, Russia and Ukraine was access to his father, then vice president of the U.S. Hunter not only compromised his father but set him up for blackmail.

Now, as president, Joe Biden is in the unenviable position of having to stand up to two enemies -- Russia and China -- who likely have evidence damaging to his presidency. Neither Russia nor China have yet publicly released information damning to Joe Biden. This may be because they want him -- hapless, easily manipulated and cognitively challenged -- right where he is: in the White House. His replacement, Vice President Kamala Harris, could be even more difficult to control.

There already appears to be sufficient evidence against Hunter Biden to convict him of what is likely to be illegal influence peddling -- but what about Joe? Did Joe Biden use his position as vice president to arrange lucrative business deals for his hapless, drug abusing, sex-addicted son? Is our president compromised by his actions on behalf of Hunter and his brother James?

The mainstream media refuses to acknowledge the elephant in the room: Was Joe Biden actually part of Hunter's deals? Is he the "big guy" mentioned in the now infamous email of May 13, 2017, authored by James Gilliar of the international consulting firm J2cR? This email contains a line that may eventually open the Pandora's box of "Bidengate." It reads: "10 held by H for the big guy?" There is little doubt the "H" mentioned in the May 13 email is Hunter and the "10" refers to $10 million. It is difficult to draw any conclusion other than the "big guy" is Joe Biden.

As you contemplate the questions we raise and the mainstream media's continued denial of Joe Biden's involvement in his son's treacherous dealings with foreign governments, consider one more question: How did a lifelong politician who often claimed to be the "poorest man in the United States Senate" suddenly become a multimillionaire on the vice president's salary, which in 2017 was $230,700?

Biden’s Border Crisis 101: How this Administration’s Policies Created a Self-Inflicted Crisis

by Madison McQueen

Since Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election, migrants have been flooding to the border in hopes of taking advantage of his immigration policy promises. The President has taken a sharp turn away from the approach of his predecessor. Instead of instituting policies that deter illegal immigration, this administration is posting a giant welcome sign. And, unfortunately for the American public, it’s working.

We are only one-third of the way through Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, yet the southern border is already experiencing record-breaking apprehension totals.[i] Typically, the bulk of border apprehensions occur during the warmer months of May through June. But so far this year, the southern border is seeing apprehension figures that are far higher than is typically seen during the “busy season.”[ii] At this rate, the United States is on track to make the immigration crisis of FY2019 look relatively mild.
From October to March in FY2021, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) apprehended 569,879 migrants, a 35.4 percent increase from the same time period in FY2019.[iii] That year saw one of the worst surges at our southern border in history with nearly 1 million apprehensions, the highest since 2007. Totals for FY 2021 will almost certainly surpass every total for the past decade (except FY 2019) before the 6-month mark. And, considering the “busy season” on the border is still to come, the rest of the year is on track to experience historically record-breaking apprehension totals. The promise of amnesty, ending the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), reinstituting the Obama-era “catch and release” policy, and many other executive actions have all contributed to these record numbers.

To make matters worse, the surge at the border is happening during a pandemic and subsequent economic recession. Recessions usually decrease levels of immigration, so one can only wonder what these numbers would look like if COVID was not a factor.

Moreover, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 10 million Americans are still unemployed as of February of this year. As the United States continues to recover from the economic impact of the pandemic, it makes no sense to reduce the chances of employment for Americans by increasing immigration.[iv]

Blame for the current border crisis lies solely on the shoulders of President Biden and his administration. As the aforementioned figures show, apprehensions did not drastically rise until after his election. Listed below are some examples of this administration’s worst policy changes which have caused the current crisis at the southern border.

1.  The Promise of Amnesty

One of the pillars of Biden’s campaign was to amnesty 11 million illegal aliens in the United States, and provide a roadmap to citizenship.[v] However, by FAIR’s estimate, there are 14.5 million illegal aliens presently in the country.[vi] So, this amnesty would allow for more than 14 million illegal aliens to gain lawful status and openly compete for jobs in a market that is still struggling from the economic impacts of the COVID-19 lockdowns.

In addition to drawing masses of amnesty hopefuls to the southern border, a move of this size would drastically increase legal immigration over time, with potentially more than 43 million new immigrants eventually entering the country through chain migration.[vii]

Additionally, the costs to American taxpayers would rise exponentially as most amnestied illegal aliens would qualify for state and federal welfare programs. Based on FAIR’s comprehensive fiscal cost study in 2017, illegal aliens impose a net burden of at least $133.7 billion annually.[viii] Those costs would only worsen, and at a time when the economy is still trying to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, Americans should not be expected to bear that fiscal burden.

2.  Halting Construction of the Border Wall and Leaving Hundreds of Miles of the Southern Border Exposed

President Biden ended construction on the border wall on his first day in office.[ix] The Trump administration had previously completed nearly 460 miles of new border wall and had contracts in place for an additional 300 miles.

In some areas, high-speed roadways had already been completed as a part of the border wall system, but the physical barrier had yet to be built. Because of this, halting the construction created a smuggler’s highway. [x]

In areas with a completed barrier, the border wall has proven effective in deterring illegal crossings and cartel activity.[xi] It also increased apprehension rates as illegal activity was forced through ports of entry rather than rough terrain.

Halting construction not only invites more illegal activity along the border, but it also forfeits billions in taxpayer dollars and impacts the lives of Americans.

One New Mexico rancher told The Western Journal, “This is all a politically driven agenda… and [what is] frustrating to me is the Biden administration, they’re stopping the wall, in my opinion, to try to hurt Trump’s legacy of securing the border. When in reality all it is doing is hurting the American people.”[xii]

3.  Ending Policies that Deterred Fraudulent Asylum Claims

The Biden administration ended the Migrant Protection Protocols, or “Remain in Mexico” policy.[xiii] President Trump instituted MPP in the spring of 2019 to combat a humanitarian and security crisis that was occurring at the southern border. The policy required anyone who arrived at the border claiming asylum to wait in Mexico until their court proceedings. This eliminated much of the fraud and loopholes in the asylum system. However, since President Biden ended the MPP, migrants can once again come to the border, claim asylum, and gain entry into the United States, often disappearing into the interior of the country.

The administration also dismantled the “Safe Third Country” or Asylum Cooperation Arrangements (ACA) with the Northern Triangle governments of El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala.[xiv] Under those agreements, migrants of those three nations had to apply for asylum in a directly neighboring country if it were safe to do so. This initiative curbed the number of meritless asylum seekers overwhelming the United States’ southern border. Considering that the vast majority of Central American migrants leave their home countries for purely economic reasons, not the legally-permissible parameters for claiming asylum (fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, and/or membership in a particular social group or political opinion), this tool effectively stopped migrants from “asylum shopping” their way to the U.S.[xv]

The MPP and ACA helped reduce the number of apprehensions at the southwest border, easing the backlog of asylum requests. However, when President Biden scrapped those protocols with Mexico and the Northern Triangle governments, he opened the door for unprecedented waves of foreign nationals arriving at the United States’ southern border looking to take advantage of loopholes in the asylum system for economic gain.[xvi]

4.  Reinstating the Obama-era Catch and Release Policy

The administration also reinstituted the catch and release policy previously suspended by President Trump.[xvii] The policy releases most recently apprehended migrants into U.S. cities along the border, thereby increasing the illegal alien population by thousands every day. This greatly incentivizes illegal immigration because migrants know that there is little chance of deportation if they get caught.

The catch and release policy has also created problems for border communities in south Texas. Mayor Pete Saenz (D) of Laredo expressed concern over the crisis unfolding in his community, saying, “The point here being, is that we need to prevent this journey from those countries to the border. It’s less risk [to] life, and limb and money, and so on to these folks. But also, to the community…” [xviii]

Migrants released into border towns as they wait for their immigration court dates have strained these cities and towns’ available resources. Mayor Bruno Lozano (D) of Del Rio did not mince words when describing the critical situation his city faces of not having enough resources or housing for the scores of migrants staying in Del Rio. Mayor Lozano said, “I am pleading and requesting with you to please put a halt to any measures regarding the release of immigrants awaiting court dates into the City of Del Rio and surrounding areas. We do not have the resources available to house and accommodate these migrants within our community.”[xix]

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) has also joined his fellow officeholders to address the Biden administration’s disastrous immigration policies. The Texas governor said, “The crisis at our southern border continues to escalate because of Biden Administration policies that refuse to secure the border and invite illegal immigration.” He continued, “Texas supports legal immigration but will not be an accomplice to the open border policies that cause, rather than prevent, a humanitarian crisis in our state and endanger the lives of Texans. We will surge the resources and law enforcement personnel needed to confront this crisis.”[xx]

The rise of illegal border crossings has prompted Governor Abbott to enlist several law enforcement agencies and the Texas National Guard to slow the flow of unchecked migration into his state. This border crisis has garnered concern from elected officials from both political parties.

5.  Preventing Immigration Agencies from Doing their Jobs Effectively

Under the Biden administration, many interior immigration enforcement and border security agencies have received orders to scale back arrests, deportations, and general border security. For instance, many CBP agents have been ordered to stop patrolling the U.S.-Mexico border for unlawful entries and external threats, and instead administer the transfer of families and unaccompanied minors to detention facilities.[xxi] The COVID-19 pandemic has led to capacity limitation at detention facilities, so border agents must create make-shift camps to house apprehended migrants.

In terms of interior enforcement, the administration issued a memorandum in January of this year that limits the arrest and removal authority of Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) agents.[xxii] The directive bars ICE agents from detaining and subsequently deporting most illegal aliens, including many who have committed crimes beyond illegal entry.[xxiii] This change in deportation policy, coupled with a newly de-secured border, individuals with criminal records are seeing this policy change as an invitation to enter into the United States’ illegally.  For example, the San Diego Border Patrol says they are on pace to apprehend a record number of convicted sex offenders along the border this year.[xxiv]

What Others are Saying About the Biden Border Crisis

Many border states and jurisdictions are feeling the repercussions of these reckless policy actions by the Biden administration:

  • “The crisis at our southern border continues to escalate because of Biden Administration policies that refuse to secure the border and invite illegal immigration.” - Greg Abbott, Governor of Texas

  • “[Illegal aliens] are paying $6,000 to come into our country, [then they’re] taken to communities throughout the U.S. and exploited by the cartels. This is what the mainstream media’s not putting out there right now. The cartels are smiling thanks to this administration.” – Sheriff Mark Dannels, Chochise County, Arizona

  • “Sometimes, unfortunately seemingly ‘compassionate’ decisions made by the federal government, or federal courts for that matter, have resulted in the mass migration of woman and children to Texas. And when that happens, it overwhelms Border Patrol immediately. The cartels are leveraging those gaps… When [women and children] are brought across, they are preyed upon by individuals amongst the smugglers, by the cartel operatives and others.” – Andrea Sparks, Director, Child Sex Trafficking Team for the State of Texas

Even members of his own political party are criticizing his approach toward the crisis:

  • “Any president should come down [and] really spend time with border communities… They didn’t talk to anybody, not even members of Congress down here.” – Rep Henry Cuellar (D-TX)

  • “I am pleading and requesting with you to please put a halt to any measures regarding the release of immigrants awaiting court dates into the City of Del Rio and surrounding areas. We do not have the resources available to house and accommodate these migrants within our community.” – Democrat Mayor Bruno Lozano, Del Rio

Despite these pleas, the Biden administration refuses to acknowledge the crisis at our border:

  • “The answer is no. I think there is a challenge at the border that we are managing, and we have our resources dedicated to managing it.” Alejandro Mayorkas, DHS Secretary
Solutions

While the situation at the border is dire, it would immediately begin improving if the Biden administration would simply rescind his worst executive orders regarding immigration, and institute several new common-sense reforms. Below is a short list of policy changes that could be enacted at the executive level to immediately alleviate the crisis created by the current administration:

  • Reinstate Title 42 COVID border restrictions for all inadmissible aliens arriving at any place along our borders, regardless of age. Prosecute all illegal border crossers.

  • Require those seeking asylum to make their claim in the first safe nation they reach; make asylum-seekers remain in Mexico as their claim is immediately heard without appeal.

  • Reinstate agreements with all Northern Triangle nations to accept and protect asylum seekers near the home country.

  • Ensure all families here illegally are reunited safely in their home country, not in the United States.

  • Free up ICE to do its job; remove arbitrary limitations on who may be arrested for removal.

  • Immediately stop all discussions and proposals regarding amnesty, which encourages human smuggling and trafficking.

Conclusion

All of these actions taken by the Biden administration are directly to blame for the crisis along the southern border. Each policy and promise further incentivizes illegal immigration. The administration has touted a promise of open borders, citizenship, and work permits for all throughout their campaign. So, it should come as no surprise that hundreds of thousands of migrants have already tried to enter the U.S. in hopes to take advantage of these promises. And there is no doubt that thousands more will continue to do the same in the coming months.

President Biden must reverse course on his immigration agenda if he wishes to properly serve the interests of the American people. He can begin that by admitting it was a mistake to dismantle interior enforcement and border security and restore the tried-and-true policies that helped stem the border crisis in 2019. Beyond that, he must show American citizens that they are his top priority by focusing on social and economic initiatives that benefit those who are legally allowed to be in this country, and de-incentivize illegal immigration.
