UPDATE: Swing State Ballots Were Missing Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation Giving Democrats Impossible and Likely Fraudulent Wins in Battleground States

by Joe Hoft

Chain of custody documents are legally required for a ballot to be counted.  But in the 2020 election, this documentation is missing almost everywhere.

The result is that hundreds of thousands of ballots counted in the 2020 election, likely most of them for Biden, are invalid.  This issue alone makes the 2020 Election invalid.

For months and again today we’ve reported on over 300,000 missing chain of custody documents in Georgia.  Notably, most if not all of these ballots are likely for Biden and Biden was given Georgia by around 12,000 votes which included these bogus ballots:

Georgia Fulton County Election Official Admits Legally Required Chain of Custody Documentation Is Missing from Thousands of Ballots from 2020 Election

In Arizona, the Maricopa Count Board of Elections has not turned over any chain of custody documentation on any ballots in the county.  Any ballots lacking this documentation are invalid.  Thousands of ballots reported for Biden fall in this box:

In Wisconsin, there were over 140,000 ballots dropped early the morning after the election.  Do these all have proper chain of custody documentation?

Wisconsin Election Audit Actions to Date Are a Joke – Why Is Wisconsin Happy With 143,000 Votes Dropped for Biden the Day After the Election?

The people of Wisconsin need to stand up and follow the lead in Arizona.  There were 143,000 ballots for Biden only that were dropped early in the morning, the day after the election.  All of American knows these ballots were fraudulent.  If you want to prevent this from ever happening again you need to demand … Continue reading

Jeff Sessions Highlights 'Stunning Development' in IG Report: FBI Lawyer Fudging FISA Docs

By Joe Saunders

It’s a finding that’s being virtually ignored by the mainstream media, but for former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, it’s the one that really stood out.

In the almost 500 pages of Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report that found the FBI’s investigation of President Donald Trump and the Trump presidential campaign was riddled with problems, it was the one solid assertion of deliberate misconduct.

An FBI lawyer had falsified documents for the special court established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to obscure the fact that Trump campaign aide Carter Page had a history of working as “an operational contact” for another agency of the government.

The other agency wasn’t identified in the report, but presumably, it was the CIA. The kind of information Page provided was identified, however — it was about his contacts with a Russian intelligence officer.

Even worse, the FBI had used information about Page’s contact with the Russian as evidence against him in the FISA application while “failing to disclose” that that contact had been authorized by another U.S. agency. (The Horowitz report, page ix.)

Apparently, because that might have made the FISA court judges wonder why the FBI was now investigating a man with a history of helping a U.S. intelligence agency, that bit of information was removed from a surveillance warrant application – a move Sessions called “stunning.”

“I would say about that is that in my experience, as 15 years as a federal prosecutor, I’ve never seen anything like that,” Sessions told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on “The Ingraham Angle” on Wednesday.

“I think that’s a stunning development in the seriousness of a FISA warrant involving a presidential campaign.”
“Stunning” barely begins to describe it, yet most mainstream media coverage of the Horowitz report is going to some pains to downplay or ignore the fact.

Reuters, for instance, shoehorned a reference to it into the 10th paragraph of a 20 paragraph story helpfully headlined “Mistakes, but No Political Bias in FBI Probe of Trump Campaign: Watchdog.”

Other news outlets, when they mentioned it at all, generally referred to an FBI lawyer “altering” documentation to the FISA court surveillance applications without explaining exactly what was altered or the level of deception involved.
But it’s tough to see an alteration like that as a “mistake,” as the Reuters headline would imply.

It’s also tough to see how, considering every “mistake” and omission documented in the Horowitz report ran in the direction of attempting to show Trump and the Trump campaign in the worst possible light, all of this doesn’t add up to evidence of bias.
This is the same FBI, remember, that was home to the viper’s nest of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. It’s a rogue’s gallery of anti-Trump partisans and anti-Trump sentiment — some of it vicious.

And Democrats and the mainstream media seriously want the American people to believe that there was no bias involved — when a lawyer for the FBI is apparently deliberately altering documents that are going before a judge?

Sensible Americans wouldn’t buy that. And Jeff Sessions — a once and possibly future Alabama senator — is even more sensible than most. He said further investigation being ordered by Attorney General William Barr and being conducted by John Durham, the federal prosecutor for Connecticut, is likely to bring out the truth.

“We have to know how this happened. There’s every right for that to occur,” Sessions told Ingraham near the end of Wednesday’s interview. “Just as the president is said to be not above the law, neither are the intelligence officers, or FBI agents, or lawyers in the Department of Justice or any other agency.

“So Mr. Durham has to get to the bottom of this, else the American people will not accept the results.”

No, they won’t, no matter how the mainstream media tries to spin it.

Will blow your mind.

Fast and Furious is all but forgotten in today’s news media circus but the story behind it and the implications surrounding it are not gone, the corruption is deeper than anyone can imagine and is still as strong and dangerous today as it was during the Obama rein. This is what the United States looks like when rogue government agencies, law enforcement, greedy politicians and drug lords dominate the political environment. Is this the future?

NY Post Bombshell Report Means Rosenstein Massively Rigged Cohen Trial

by Lisa Payne-Naeger

Sometimes I wonder if Donald Trump knew what he was really getting himself into when he decided to run for president and drain the swamp.

Everywhere he’s turned he has met roadblocks, opposition and betrayal as he tries to infuse policy he thinks will make America great again.

And ever since he was accused of colluding with Russia to sway the 2016 election, the constant turn of events have played out like a bad daytime drama. The latest twist in the plot centers around Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and if reports are true, he could be in a heap of trouble.

On Saturday, Michael Goodwin wrote in the New York Post that Rosenstein ordered United States Attorney Geoffrey Berman to recuse himself from the investigation into the Michael Cohen case, which in turn would leave his office staffed with Obama administration holdovers from Preet Bharara’s tenure as Berman’s predecessor.

Berman was appointed to the Southern District of New York position by President Trump after he fired Preet Bharara, an Obama appointee.

Since his firing, Preet has made his feelings known that he is not a Trump supporter. The bias is clear. Looks like the president made a good call on that one.

So Trump can unilaterally pardon anyone, absolutely pardon himself, impose his will on DOJ, ban all Muslims, levy any tarrif, and start any war but he CANNOT tell Sessions, whom he slaps down daily, to ease up on separating infants from parents at the border? Ok

Chris Strohm of Bloomberg reports the significance of this move as they allege the strings of this case are being pulled not by the Justice Department, but by prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.

“Cohen’s guilty plea was secured as part of an investigation led by the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan, not by Special Counsel Mueller or Justice Department headquarters, another frequent target of the president’s derision. Instead, the deal was made by Robert Khuzami, deputy U.S. attorney for the New York office,” he wrote.

“But neither Rosenstein nor Mueller is calling the shots for the investigation in New York, according to two people familiar with the matter. The U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York, commonly known as SDNY, has the independence to take investigative steps and charge people without approval from Rosenstein, one of the people said.

So while Rosenstein was consulted about Cohen’s plea, which implicated Trump in campaign finance crimes, he didn’t sign off on it or approve it, the person said. It’s not clear whether Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s recusal from Mueller’s probe extends to the investigation in Manhattan.”

To sum up the significance of this move, let’s just say that the SDNY is now driving the bus on any developing investigation into the Cohen case. While the Justice Department still holds oversight as all U.S attorneys still answer to Rosenstein, previously the SDNY has enjoyed independence of operation outside the U.S. Attorney’s office.

And the lines of communication are open and free between SDNY prosecutors and investigators in Robert Mueller’s office.

Bloomberg also states: “Rosenstein made the decision to give the Cohen case to SDNY following a referral from Mueller. That also ensured the investigation could continue even if Trump somehow managed to fire the special counsel, a politically dangerous move that many Republicans have warned the president to avoid.”

So, if it is true that Rosenstein intentionally moved the trial to SDNY, it might be more than a suspicious coincidence that a Trump-appointed attorney was ordered to recuse himself from the case leaving it to less-unbiased attorneys general.

What a mess and an endless saga of betrayal. Trump appointed Jeff Sessions as Attorney General in February of 2017, only to have Sessions recuse himself from the Russia investigations in the beginning of March of that year.

This left Rod Rosenstein in charge of overseeing the Russia investigations and he appointed Robert Mueller as Special Prosecutor in May of 2017. Since that time there has been no evidence of Russian collusion, but the Mueller team has bull dogged members of Trumps inner circle and charged them with various unrelated crimes.

You can’t make this stuff up, folks. These latest allegations are almost a kin to jumping the shark for television sweeps week.

I guess we will see who wins in the ratings race in November.
