According to the Mainstream media the AR 15 is the first choice for mass murders, so their solution is to ban the AR-15 and that will save lives. The study also estimates that keeping the ban in place until 2019 would have prevented 30 public shootings that killed 339 and injured 1,139 people.)"
By this line of thinking then why they don't find the favored mode of transportation to the murder scene and ban it, that way no one would have been harmed. That the way it works?
Are they really that dumb? Bad people do bad things, it's not the tool, it's the society that promotes this kind of action. If the AR-15 is the first choice of murders, then banning it will mean that people will now be murdered by the second most popular weapon of choice for mass murders. Pretty soon they will be reduced to firebombs and machetes.
Just like these Red Flag laws, someone accuses someone of being a threat so they raid the persons’ home and steel his firearms. They really are that stupid, the firearms are not the threat, the individual would be the threat but they don't arrest him because then the individual would be entitled access to a public defender, if you take one's property it will cost thousands of dollars in legal fees to recover their property.
There is not one gun law on the books that isn't in direct violation of the 2nd amendment.
