Green County Clerk Uses Courts to Do his Job And Deny Contituents the Right to view their Cast Vote Records.

We live in strange times where every elected official thinks he alone can devise policies that move  the masses in the direction that is desired. Never mind that a good deal of these creative policies are either illegal or immoral or both that kind of thinking is for the ‘un-evolved’.  So no one would be particularly surprised to find others particularly the news media  gravitating towards this kind of philosophy, as if protecting the miscreant thought process somehow adds justification.  Judge for yourself from the title of the Springfield paper,  Greene County Clerk asks judge to rule on release of data sought by 2020 election deniers.   Judge for yourself from the title of the Springfield paper, Greene County Clerk asks judge to rule on release of data sought by 2020 election deniers.  It should be obvious that anyone questioning the election process for any reason automatically is branded as an ‘election denier’  and/or ‘conspiracy theorist’ .As an example, consider Mr. Shane Schoeller, the subject of a Springfield newspaper’s recent article where the clerk of green county, MO is suing a constituent for having the temerity to request a cast vote record for the recent election.  The paper claims “Schoeller said he wants to be open and transparent but also doesn’t want to inadvertently reveal how any individual voted. He said his understanding is that the cast vote records print out in order, so if it was known who the first  person was to vote at a specific at a specific location then the cast vote records would reveal how that person voted.”

First, how many individuals are going to know who the first person voting is? Second, what Schoeller is really saying is that it’s more important to protect the privacy of every voter by preventing anyone from viewing their own cast vote records which infers that it is more important to protect the ‘black box voting system’ while openly claiming ‘transparency’.

Mr. Schoeller decides to dump his job on the courts, letting some judge decide whether or not Huddleston can receive a record of her own vote, just to be sure it was what she thought was recorded…that’s REAL transparency don’t you know? The judge should be smart enough to realize that Schoeller is violating the constitutional Separation of Powers by getting the courts to do his job thereby protecting him from his unlawful acts and especially voter ire.

Mr. Schoeller is in a stationary panic because as a candidate for Missouri Secretary of State, he can’t risk further revelations of fraud in the southern Missouri election process. So in his panic, he resorts to every despot’s choice- fascism in the popular law fare forum used these days. Why, you might ask, doesn’t he simply give Huddleston the cast vote records which every constituent is entitled to have? Instead he sues Laurie Huddleston to prevent any additional flaws being discovered that might reveal 2022 election fraud in rural Missouri, particularly when a Key Dominion executive admitted company products [were] riddled with bugs’ days before 2020 vote: Fox lawyers. Now add that to frankspeech.com (Mike Lindell’s site) containing massive fraud data on the 20-20 election and and it’s intended bad publicity. You can appreciate Schoeller’s position, if you can’t manage a county clerk position, how could you manage being Secretary of State? And since it will likely take two or more years to settle the case, Schoeller has done his due diligence is protecting fraud not to mention dumping significant legal expenses on Huddleston. “Schoeller, who has been in office since 2014, said there is an extensive process for ensuring elections are secure in Greene County that includes thoroughly testing the equipment with a bipartisan team before and after each election and manually counting ballots in some precincts to double check that the machines are tabulating correctly.”

Yes and it begins by preventing taxpayer-voters from seeing the inner workings of the ‘Black Box’ to secure and encourage transparency.  However you might want to take a look at Lindell’s extensive data wherein Clint Curtis, a democrat computer programmer, admits to writing an algorithm to throw elections on Frank speech. You can’t detect fraud by testing the equipment with a ‘bipartisan team’ and manually counting ballots; that’s what Lindell wants to do with one exception: vote manually on paper before counting.  READ the Dominion executive’s account of machine flaws in the link above.

I am afraid Mr. Schoeller is another RINO who doesn’t want secure elections, instead continuing the process of elitists selecting whom THEY want instead of allowing the people to decide thereby assuring the corruption continues and firmly ensconcing a global crime cartel.
