An Open Letter to Kim Hammer regarding Senate Bill 250 that Makes Counties Pay for their own Ballot Paper

by Allen Williams

An Open Letter to Arkansas Senator Kim Hammer:

I am writing you about Arkansas Senate Bill 250 which seeks to regulate paper for a proposed paper ballot election system.   https://www.fayettevilleflyer.com/2023/03/01/arkansas-senate-committee-advances-bill-to-regulate-paper-ballots/

First making the counties pay for their paper is draconian and an attempt to usurp the will of the people forcing them to use a voting method that is questionable at best and criminal at worst   I would further note that your legislation is particularly disturbing given the wealth of data suggesting rampant machine problems but the most disturbing report is from Dominion itself:

"In 2018 email cited by the defense in voting machine company’s defamation suit against Fox News, Dominion director of product strategy and security acknowledged the company’s technology was marred by a “*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.” You can read this report yourself at https://beforeitsnews.com/crime-all-stars/2023/02/key-dominion-exec-admitted-company-products-riddled-with-bugs-days-before-2020-vote-fox-lawyers-so-judges-are-deliberately-ignoring-the-machines-defects-2494799.html

Next there is the data presented by Computer scientist Alex Halderman revealing the many vulnerabilities of the machines which you can read for yourself here:  https://www.c-span.org/video/?463480-4/washington-journal-j-alex-halderman-discusses-election-security. Just for the record, it is naive at best to assume that none of the vulnerabilities determined by Halderman have not already been taken advantage of and at worst downright reckless to assume that machine selections are secure.

I saw a presentation of your objections on Lindell TV last night regarding the paper ballot election system.  I think it's clear that you have little to no understanding of machine driven elections which I hope I can clarify via some mathematical graphs as to why these devices are unacceptable.

I'll begin by presenting several election results charts by Dr. Douglas G Frank, a world-renowned physicist with sixty peer-reviewed scientific publications.  He has been working to illustrate how the voting machine algorithms manipulate voter data in essentially a 'black box' environment.  This series of plots was done by Dr. Frank, the first one is from Clement County and the second is Arkansas county during the 2020 election.

The  first graph is Clement County, Arkansas.  Frank presents some six curves representing the voter response.  The Legend on the right describes the graph's colors and the data represented in each of the colors in the two graphs.

The first thing to note is that the total registrations exceed the population of the county (grey line at top of the curve) and (grey curve) on the right side about halfway down.  The second area of concern is the turnout at 89.8 percent which is abnormally high across all age groups.  Notice the light colored blue line is a prediction of what the red-black curves would look like.  The most revealing statistic is Frank's prediction of the active registrations and ballots recorded (Light blue line) which is not only maintained throughout Clement county but is essentially identical (correlation factor = 0.998) throughout all Arkansas counties.  The correlation ratio measures how well Frank's estimation of the active registrations matches the votes recorded in each county which is indicative of machine manipulation as every registered voter doesn't always vote and certainly not at a 0.998 correlation.

The second graph analysis is from Arkansas County.  The machine didn't exceed the total population in this county but the same general pattern found in Clement county is repeated.  Again the extraordinary turnout of 91.2 percent of all age groups is highly improbable.  How many of these people are over 90 years old? The revealing mathematical predictor curve Dr. Frank shows estimates how well the active registrations (black line) matches the total ballots recorded (red line) with a correlation factor of 0.994. It is impossible for these two lines to have a high correlation basis in county after county which supports his premise of machine manipulation.  Once a ratio of Candidate -A to Candidate -B is determined, you can successfully predict the county 's winners.  It is impossible for a candidate to win by the same percentage margin in every county in the state.  This is indicative of fraud.
These graphs show Arkansas has more people on the voter roles than live in the state. Isn't that illegal? These kind of discrepancies allow machines to vote the voter database names which leads me to ask why isn't this a concern to you? Are you even aware of this possibility?

There is no reason to use electronic voting machines given the flaws that have been found in these and other analyses; it is simply a means to game elections.  It doesn't matter which vendor machine the state uses, ES&S, Hart or Dominion, they all work the same  and are all connected to the internet, if they weren't how else would the vote tabulations be reported?  There is no reason to use machines given the flaws that have been found in the machine  that disenfranchise Arkansas voters who don't want them

My conclusions are (1) that your Senate Bill 250 will unjustly keep the  Counties from using the election method of their choice so that a machine vs paper count results is not possible thereby preserving the black box secrecy.  (2) You have arbitrarily determined to punish counties voting for paper ballots because election integrity is not as important as the ability to fix an election. (3) There is some financial benefit either from the machine vendors or other independent sources that will reward you for forcing electronic voting.

If this bill should become law it must immediately face a court challenge as the Senate cannot abrogate the election process by legislative fiat.

Investigator Details Rampant Money Laundering, Election Fraud & Racketeering Sinaloa Cartel Operation — Names AZ Gov. Katie Hobbs As Collaborator

What a shock, imagine!  Katy Hobbs involved in actual election fraud and money laundering !? Wonder how the press is going to dump this on Donald Trump and retain even a vestige of credibility? Be sure to watch the two associated Congressional investigations presented in the Senate Elections and House Oversight & Joint Election Committees concerning Maricopa county politicians engaged in “multiple racketeering enterprises” and drug cartels rigging elections.

Arizona forensic investigator Jacqueline Breger accused Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) and numerous state officials of taking bribes from drug cartels. In bombshell testimony at the joint Senate and House Elections Committee hearing on Thursday, Breger accused Hobbs and several of the Maricopa County Supervisors, 12 Maricopa County Superior Court judges, and even the mayor of Mesa of taking bribes from the Sinaloa drug cartel in the form of money laundered through a housing deed scam.

Hobbs was named in numerous deeds of trust that were investigated, likely as a mechanism for receiving bribes, she said…. If these damning allegations are true, then the corruption in Arizona, and its election fraud in the 2022 midterms, was much deeper than even Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake alleged in her election lawsuit.

Obviously this scandal must include Maricopa Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson who ruled that Kari Lake never met her burden of proof regarding 2022 election fraud. Really? What other reason might there be for printing the wrong size ballots on election machines the day of election other than a deliberate attempt to sabotage it?.

What ever happened to the time honored tradition of corrupt governor’s stamping out license plates in Yuma?

Green County Clerk Uses Courts to Do his Job And Deny Contituents the Right to view their Cast Vote Records.

by Allen Williams

We live in strange times where every elected official thinks he alone can devise policies that move  the masses in the direction that is desired. Never mind that a good deal of these creative policies are either illegal or immoral or both that kind of thinking is for the ‘un-evolved’.  So no one would be particularly surprised to find others particularly the news media  gravitating towards this kind of philosophy, as if protecting the miscreant thought process somehow adds justification.  Judge for yourself from the title of the Springfield paper,  Greene County Clerk asks judge to rule on release of data sought by 2020 election deniers.   Judge for yourself from the title of the Springfield paper, Greene County Clerk asks judge to rule on release of data sought by 2020 election deniers.  It should be obvious that anyone questioning the election process for any reason automatically is branded as an ‘election denier’  and/or ‘conspiracy theorist’ .As an example, consider Mr. Shane Schoeller, the subject of a Springfield newspaper’s recent article where the clerk of green county, MO is suing a constituent for having the temerity to request a cast vote record for the recent election.  The paper claims “Schoeller said he wants to be open and transparent but also doesn’t want to inadvertently reveal how any individual voted. He said his understanding is that the cast vote records print out in order, so if it was known who the first  person was to vote at a specific at a specific location then the cast vote records would reveal how that person voted.”

First, how many individuals are going to know who the first person voting is? Second, what Schoeller is really saying is that it’s more important to protect the privacy of every voter by preventing anyone from viewing their own cast vote records which infers that it is more important to protect the ‘black box voting system’ while openly claiming ‘transparency’.

Mr. Schoeller decides to dump his job on the courts, letting some judge decide whether or not Huddleston can receive a record of her own vote, just to be sure it was what she thought was recorded…that’s REAL transparency don’t you know? The judge should be smart enough to realize that Schoeller is violating the constitutional Separation of Powers by getting the courts to do his job thereby protecting him from his unlawful acts and especially voter ire.

Mr. Schoeller is in a stationary panic because as a candidate for Missouri Secretary of State, he can’t risk further revelations of fraud in the southern Missouri election process. So in his panic, he resorts to every despot’s choice- fascism in the popular law fare forum used these days. Why, you might ask, doesn’t he simply give Huddleston the cast vote records which every constituent is entitled to have? Instead he sues Laurie Huddleston to prevent any additional flaws being discovered that might reveal 2022 election fraud in rural Missouri, particularly when a Key Dominion executive admitted company products [were] riddled with bugs’ days before 2020 vote: Fox lawyers. Now add that to frankspeech.com (Mike Lindell’s site) containing massive fraud data on the 20-20 election and and it’s intended bad publicity. You can appreciate Schoeller’s position, if you can’t manage a county clerk position, how could you manage being Secretary of State? And since it will likely take two or more years to settle the case, Schoeller has done his due diligence is protecting fraud not to mention dumping significant legal expenses on Huddleston. “Schoeller, who has been in office since 2014, said there is an extensive process for ensuring elections are secure in Greene County that includes thoroughly testing the equipment with a bipartisan team before and after each election and manually counting ballots in some precincts to double check that the machines are tabulating correctly.”

Yes and it begins by preventing taxpayer-voters from seeing the inner workings of the ‘Black Box’ to secure and encourage transparency.  However you might want to take a look at Lindell’s extensive data wherein Clint Curtis, a democrat computer programmer, admits to writing an algorithm to throw elections on Frank speech. You can’t detect fraud by testing the equipment with a ‘bipartisan team’ and manually counting ballots; that’s what Lindell wants to do with one exception: vote manually on paper before counting.  READ the Dominion executive’s account of machine flaws in the link above.

I am afraid Mr. Schoeller is another RINO who doesn’t want secure elections, instead continuing the process of elitists selecting whom THEY want instead of allowing the people to decide thereby assuring the corruption continues and firmly ensconcing a global crime cartel.
